I get repeated calls at work from this number. Today I have gotten three already with fax noise.

Same issue.  beeping to try and connect to send a fax.  Called 3 times in 10 mins and voicemails with the beeping on it.  Blocked the number.

On a good day I get 3 calls in quick succession (10-15 minutes).  On a bad day, I get up to 20 calls starting as early as 4 am and continuing past midnight, typically in groups of 3 or 4.  Sometimes there is nearly a week between episodes and sometimes its an every day occurrence for a full week.
When the dry spell is over and the "fast" is broken, it usually happens at 2:30am.  Always a fax beep on the other end.  If you try to ring the number (I tried once, about 4 years ago), its states something to the effect of  - the party you are trying to reach, blah, blah, blah, please hang up and try your call again.  Even though I blocked the number, and notified my phone company, I still get these calls.  Been over 6 years and wouldnt be surprised if it were more like 8-9 years.
