Was it legitimate

Caller ID said "Doctors Office" so I ans. it thinking it might be something re: an appt I have for next week.  This gal starts off with "can I verify my ID info - B-Day & such", which isn't uncommon with my ins company so I said , "Sure - tell me what you show & I'll be happy to verify that it is me".  Wrong answer - she got all upset when I told her that in order to verify HER info, she would have to tell me what she shows.  Wasn't the answer she wanted & I wasn't about to tell her my personal info, since she was supposedly calling from my Dr. Office & should have had all that info in front of her.  She quickly hung up & I reminded myself to let the ans machine take all calls - I can pickup if I hear something I like or return calls if they leave a good number.  Too many scammers out there & this old gal has played this game before,

Called at 8:40 am.  Left a message saying she needed to speak with me(knew my name) about a important matter and I needed to call her back a 1-833-968-1734.  I keep records of these scam numbers and this one has showed up several times over the years.  Possible scammer debt collector or medical scammer to get you to leave your house to go for a special test, your doctor ask for, so they can rob your house.

MEDICAL SCAM: Rcvd call from a Robert @ this number stating it was a personal matter & to call back? My service noted call as SPAM. Called back (curious) & auto-answer stated No company name?? When girl picked up said she represented WellMed & wanted to update health info. Told her I already spoke to my Ins & they knew nothing. Told her I would not give any info unless she could prove who she was. She said “gave a nice day” & hung up. BEWARE

Called this a.m.  ID said 'doctor's office'.  Foreign # to me.  Msg left was from Jennifer who just needed to confirm some medical info.  Ended by saying she was representing Well Med and requested I return her call.  Idonttheeeeksoooo.

caller this morning proclaiming to be with insurance and wanted names and DOBs, said they would call in a few weeks to setup a telemedicine call.  SCAM

I have received many calls from this number and I never answer but one time they left a message saying they were from Well Med.  The next day they called again and I answered. He, Ernest, immediately asked for my DOB and something else.  I asked why he needed that info.  He said again, "I am Ernest from Well Med and need to verify your information".  I told him I didn't believe him.  He politely hung up on me.

I have 4 calls from this number since 3/3/22.  I do not answer.  The 'Google assistant" answers and asks why the caller is calling, and they can leave a message.  They always hang up.  Thanks for previous reports here.  I will block number.

Called twice today. Robo said this is medical something 360 clarity is this <my first and last name> yes or no? Said it had an urgent message to call back 1-833-349-1734. The call came from 978-552-6428 though. I knew it was a scam as soon as it was a recording but called back to see. It said the same thing is this, my name? I know better than to say yes because some record it to use your voice to fake you agreeing to other things or open other accounts you have. I just let it play without saying anything.

Call came in as Doctors Office and caller said they were Well Med.  Was asked for birth date to verify me and was told they had important Medicare information for me.  I said I would not answer and hung up.   I am on do not call list and blocked this number.

I got calls from 833-968-1734 yesterday at 1pm and again this morning at 815am. I didn't answer either call, and after reading the comments of others regarding this number, will block it.

Regarding medical info

Same as above statements -- verifying my name, etc. You called me,you should have info. Told "Roxanne" not comfortable with her questions. Thus, politely told her "Bye"
