Just got a text message saying I’ve been exposed to trichomonasis which isnt likely haven’t slept with anyone since October 2020 and been tested and pap smeared dec 2020 for stoa/stds thinking this is a scam ?

Hello Everyone, if you received a text message from this number, it is a legit website that is informing people about STD exposure, please pay attention to it, it won't hurt to get tested.

Got a text that I was exposed to someone with chlamydia and HIV from “tell your partner. Org”. Thought it was spam, but took it serious and went and got tested anyways. I was negative.

Regardless, sexual health is important and you should get tested on a regular basis.

Yeah they messaged me around 7pm on 09-19-21, i think it’s fake, i always use a condom and was tested a year ago and everything was negative

Forward unwanted spam/scam texts to 7726 (SPAM) and let your phone service provider deal with them.
That number was set up by the phone companies to combat spam texts and they can shutdown offending phone numbers.
Never reply with "STOP", scammers will not honor the request (they have no honor to begin with) and it only verifies that they have texted to a valid number and a person who reads their texts.  It will not STOP the texts and may actually make them more frequent.
Never click on a link in such a text as it may cause malware to be inserted on your phone, and even if it does not, just as with replying "STOP" the scammers will know they reached a valid number.

This is an important message about your health.
Through an anonymous notification service, one of your sexual partners wants to let you know that you may have been exposed to HPV and trichomoniasis.
Since you may not have any symptoms, we recommend getting tested.
For more information, including how to find a free clinic, please visit https://tellyourpartner.org/info
If you feel you are getting this text as a form of harassment, please text back REPORT.

Definitely can't be accurate but this could be scamming many others

Hey just wondering what happened once you got tested, I just got a text from this number today about possibly having an std, I scheduled an appointment already but just wondering if this is a scam or not

I doubt that poster will see your question.
In some cases this seems to be a "revenge text." See prior posts.
If there is a chance you were exposed and have a test scheduled, I assume you would like to know - rather than wonder. If this is a revenge/prank, you need to find a better class of 'friends' to hang with.

It is obviously a hoax. Common sense should have kicked in after reading the first page.

Claims I have come into contact with syphilis which to be honest is entirely popular as I've had several partners and syphilis is an issue where I'm from but the phone number is from the states and leads me to a website that has nothing for where I'm from, it just seems too far removed, will get tested for reassurence though
