Call back got me "Mo" who wanted to know if I was interested in selling property.  Of course numbers can be spoofed but if Mo was calling, he's one of the plethora of "sell me your property" calls making the rounds.  I agree, they are annoying as hell.  Some are scams, some are realtors looking for inventory and some are IBuyers (Instant Buyers).  According to a news report out of Phoenix, they are breaking the law if you are on the DNC list.  I don't know if that's accurate but perhaps some more learned posters will comment.  Here's the article:
