keeps calling. it may be from charter/spectrum. i believe it is a robo call.They never leave a voice mail. I blocked it.

I have been called six times in the past week or so. Today, I was called twice. Didn't answer any of these calls and just blocked the number. You should probably as well.

Called left no message. Should not be calling cell phone like others have said. Very annoying. I pay for minutes and this would just be wasting my time if I would have answered. Too bad I was eating dinner when they called me. This needs to stop for sure. So much advertising is shoved in our faces. I agree that if we want to upgrade or inquire about a service that we would contact the company. The advertising just makes me not want them even more.

Continue to receive unsolicited marketing calls from Spectrum/Charter even though I have requested to be put on their do not call list. They also use: 630-332-3057 & 866-920-0490. Just keep adding them to my block list. Will start sending them a billing for $10 for each call I receive to cover the inconvenience.

Have they called back ever since?

Claimed to be from spectrum - Exciting upgrades to my service but  wanted to know if I have internet or tv service. Funny - I terminated their service not long ago .... guess they wonder why ...... blocked the number.

I know they'll call back from 844-207-1533 tomorrow, but it gives me a little, petty satisfaction to block them.

Chater Spectrum - I knew it was a telemarketer but answered as they had called so many times I wanted to see what they were peddling.  It was a Charter call center, the guy sounded like he was young and sounded aggressive from the get go.  Addressing me by my first name.  Offered a free roku for month then billed at 29 bucks a month, didn't even wait for me to agree and just say 'so ill jsut get some information from you so we can send you your roku'.  After saying NO a total of 3 times, he seemed to get agitated and then hung up.  It's almost like an attempted mugging actually.

Keep calling to try to sell me cable service.  Already a customer for internet, not sure for how much longer though.

Yep, it's Charter. We just had a fun conversation. Around this time last year, I pulled the plug on Charter Cable TV and signed up for DirecTV Now's streaming tv service. I was one of DTVN's beta testers and as a result, I was gifted and grandfathered into 120+ channels for 35 dollars a month. Charter Cable TV was charging me 4 times that for cable, DVR, and receiver rentals.

So anyways this Chater guy who just called offered me a free Ruku if I signed up for Charters streaming TV service. I asked him what the cost was and how many channels I would get. He said 20 dollars a month for 25 channels; plus 15 more dollars a month if I want 10 additional sports channels. I told the rep no thanks and he acted like I was walking away from the deal of a lifetime. I said "Bro, I pay 35 dollars a month for 120+ channels which includes all the major sports networks and HBO. If I switched to your service I would be paying the same amount I do now minus almost 90 channels. It financially and logically makes no sense for me to switch so that's why I'm telling you no thanks." He hung up on me but not before getting in one last jab saying "Don't be surprised if we start throttling your charter internet if you use other tv streaming services." Stay classy Charter...

No you won't.  I've told them to stop calling me multiple times and I'm a customer (one they're about to lose at this rate)
