Just received the call. Every time I pick up they disconnect. So the third time they called I send them to my voice mail and they left a message saying that my brother have a claim submitted to their office. I cannot understand what the name is but she does ask to confirm home and work address. I will forward this to my brother but it sounds like a scam already.

Just found out they also called my wife with the same message. Have no idea how did they get my wife's phone number.

I keep getting calls from this number and I can't understand the firm name.   They say I owe money and they have my employer address to  deliver my claim information.  Please help to make them stop calling me!!  844-211-1430

got a call from them too….some nonsense about "claim" and file numbers with letters…..in short a lot of bluster with a load of BS…zero…specifics….

If you were going to be "served" it would be by mail or a knock at the door….

I recieved a call from this number about 30 minutes ago sayin that i owe money, claiming that they are going to send a subpoena to my employer

This Company is relentless. For over a year now I have been getting calls from this number at work and on my cell phone. I changed my work number, and today I received an email from my HR department that they contacted them. Something has to be done about this. I do not owe any debts! I have asked for proof of this debt, and they have failed to provide me with any proof. Every time they call they threaten to serve me papers at work, or at my home. I have not moved my residence in 4 years, and have been working at my job for over 10 years. If someone figures out a way to make them stop. Please let me know.

These businesses need to be stopped w/the harrassing phone calls.  I have no idea who they are, I don't owe any debt because I don't do CREDIT at ALL!  They have now started leaving threathening messages to various people at my work stating that they need my protocol information and that there's a claim being filed against me.  I even got a call from my HR manager that I need to take of of this (I can't even express in writing what I said to her, but if you know anything about an angry woman, fill in your mind).  Messages having been saying that I warrant has been issued for my arrest, etc.

received a call from lauren Brown from a Michigan City IN cell phone 219-210-4822 said she was hired by a private firm and to consider myself served. She said I needed to call 844-211-1430 and give tham my claim number.  I demanded to know where she was calling from, what the nature of the call was and also told her I would be filing a police report. Since my father, husband and brothers are all police officers, I told her just in case you didn't know this but police and sheriffs department do not call before they serve summons!!!

She was a stupid ghetto talking [***] who thought she could call my office and threaten me!   Jokes on her. I put her number on here because all of our calls are recorded!!

Just got a call from this place. They wanted to speak my husband asked if they wanted jr or sr. Sd she tell me told her I couldn't help her. Then sd oh looking for sr.  Told her he is not at this number sad consider him served !   Last year we went through this and my father in law is handicapped, no debit and he really doesn't need this aggravation.  This company is Terrible how can they keep going on like this ?.

so this number called my dad and was telling him everything that everyone else is saying and then when I called they hung up on me or it went to vm. my dad called them back and they wanted the last four of my social and I was like oh hell no!!! if I was owed something they would have served me with physical paper work I would know I used to work for a law firm ... just saying

This company just called me and my job. They state I owe them $600.00 for a loan I applied for a company called kenwood services. The girls name was Chanel. They had all my personal information. They called my H.R department and the girl would not identify herself. All she told H.R is that they were coming and that they needed help assisting serving those documents. I told them to come and serve me. Little do those jerks know they will be visiting the police department. These scammers might get served as well for harassment.

I got a call from a Mark Maxwell. In three tries he could not get my name correct. This was an abusive caller who threatened to serve me. The number they gave is 844-211-1430. It is best to spread the word on these guys because they will adventure profit and take advantage of people of which I am sure they have already.

This number has called at least 3 of my family memebers in the last hour...saying i have been "notified" of a cliam ... this is harassment! imfiling a complaint with FTC

this company called and said I owed on a loan the called my hr and my father.  they told my boss the cops were on their way. I called them and everything they told me like the email - never had that one,  bank - closed that account after my divorce 20 years ago.  This has got to be a scam.  I said fu bring on  lawyers and they hung up.  HUM!

Yeah.  These clowns are relentless.   I'm gonna program a tape dialer to call em with a modem noise every 30 seconds.  That will tie them up for a bit...

Received a call from a woman named Stacy Holm (after she had called my mother and my father).  She told me she was a Private Investigator hired to notify me about a claim against me. She told me to call 844-211-1430, and gave me a reference number to give them regarding this "claim" against me. She had my SSN, my address, and obviously, my phone number.  I called an attorney friend, and he said, do not call the number. These are scams, they try to get you to call their number, and then your phone number is charged hundreds of dollars per minute. He said to throw it away and ignore it.  Within one hour, Stacy Holm called me again from a different phone number and asked if I had called this "firm".  I said, " No, I called my attorney, and he said it was a scam, and I should ignore it, and so that's what I did."  So she said, "Well, then you have forced me to serve you with papers." So I told her to do what she has to do!  These people try to use intimidation tactics to get their way, but they are obviously not doing legitimate business!!!
