this company is a scam, they violate the FDCPA by telling you that you have only a certain amount of time in order to pay whatever debt they have. some of the people even say they are prelegal. they are far from that. its just people sitting at cubicles making calls and pretending they are a third party courier service (spoiler alert, they arent) just to try and get you to call back. sometimes you even get the same person but all they do is hide their voice or they use an alias so that way you think that youre contacting another company altogether. contact your attorney general to let them know about their practices and how they violate the fdcpa.
