I received a call from someone going by the last name of "Walker" saying I was due in court and he would be coming to my house today between 4-5pm to "sign off" on a court appearance or to reschedule. The number he called from had no information. He advised me to call 844-211-6201 and reminded me that he would be at my house tonight to sign off on a court appearance on case number 100652.

Debt collection scam.  Trying to scare you by making it seem like you are being sued.  But hey, all you have to do is call that number and pay them money and it all goes away.  Until the next call, and the next call, and the next.  That is how extortion works.  Process servers do not call ahead as people would doge them.  Process servers get paid to deliver papers, not to do you (a perfect stranger) a favor by telling you how to avoid being served.
