It's Patient Billing - a billing company that a lot of different medical practices outsource to - usually radiological services.  Not a collection agency.  Just a reminder that your bill is due.

Left me a voicemail claiming they were from "patient billing" but didnt identify what office they wrre calling from. I don't owe money to any medical practice and I have never received a bill. I called backed twice. Both times I was kept on hold for over ten minutes until I hung up. No one ever picked up. Definitely a scam.

they send out 2 bills within 2 days then they call to harass you for payment all within 3 weeks time - can you say desperate for a dollar and won't even give out the name of there company but they are someone who a medical facility has outsourced there bills to.

Just calls twice a day. I never pick up. Blocked caller, hope that works.

The call identified itself as "patient billing office".  They called a private number I don't give out, and do not identify themselves by business name. When I call them back you get no answer and just placed on hold continuously. Definitely a scam artist.

This is a legit patient billing. I never received a EOB from my ins comes to find out this company kept trying to get in contact with me and actually held on to my act for atleast 5 months and for my own fault of going off of what people had to say on here. I never answered or called back. I was sent to collections. But again my own fault. Never again will I look on here for a number .

Not a scam. Just a legitimate company with absolutely awful customer service. The number matches the phone number on a bill I received from a local medical imaging company.

I would have to wonder why you looked the number up if you knew who it belonged to.  After all people look up things because they want to know more or simply don't know.  There was nothing more you could have learned by looking up this number.  But you could redeem yourself by telling us who this company is and where they are located so that we can check out your story.

So how about giving us the rest of the info on this so called great company there! Since you have done business with them you should have the following information:

▬► Legal verifiable street address, city and state
▬► Web site ?
▬► BBB page ?

This is not a scam caller, people if they called you, you do owe. Unless they got the wrong number, protect your credit and wait .The imaging Company is radiology so be patience, like was said before they have really sorry service for paying your bill its almost like they don't want to wait for the insurance company they want you to pay now. But please protect your credit don't hang up.

They call often and often hang up when I answer. If the caller speaks, they say I owe for radiology service at a centerate and want payment over the phone for a bill I haven't received for services I'm not aware of. I ask for them to mail, fax or email me a statement first.... I never receive one. Upon calling the radiology center and accounting office to inquire about this, they have no record of the account number, service, date of service,  amount "owed", etc. If I owe any money after any services, I pay it locally where I received the services, not to someone calling from any 3rd-party billing services. BEWARE !!! CALL THE PROVIDER BEFORE YOU PAY THE WRONG PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU MAY NOT OWE ANYTHING !!!!
