left message for me to call with reference number but no other information

Same robotic call

Left small robo voice mail that was static as hell and something about the IRS and a ref #.  Then the call was dropped by my voice mail.  They call all day, we just let it ring now we know its a fake IRS scam.

Called before, I blocked the number, as I don't recognize it and receive far too many nonsense calls on my cell phone.
Even though I blocked the number, they were allowed to go into my voicemail? Weird!!
Was a robotic voice and choppy, buy sounded something like Alliance Business Office and left a reference number to call back with at 844-211-9442. Not going to call them, until they can state their business and what the call is in regards to!!

This is the Franciscan Alliance Business Office calling because we have an outstanding balance due.

Say I owe debt

If you owe money to a dr/practice that is part of Franciscan Health Alliance or the actual hospital, Franciscan St. Francis, this is the business office calling you about your outstanding balance.
