Didn’t answer because it was as an unknown number but the voice mail was similar to the ones from the 855 number that other people received but they said it was the court of Los Angeles. And something about A parent legal
Matter that i should call the Law firm and then left the number  844-216-0484

I received a call from them today and it's not the first time. After I told them I would be reporting them to the FTC they needed to place me on a brief hold. They are scammers for sure!

They've called my wife and Mother several times for unknown numbers (1st red flag), the message is always the same "This will serve as a notice for "Name", my name is Christopher Algeri calling today about a civil complaint to be issued out through the "Blank County" to provide a verbal statement regarding the matter please contact the mediation firm at 844-216-0484 and again that number is 844-216-0484. When calling please refer to you complaint number "blank" thank you." I post this because I want to assure others that this is a scam. It is LAW that a plaintiff in a civil case must serve the defendant with their complaint in person via the sheriff or a process server. A voice mail message cannot serve as a legal notice or service, that is the second red flag. The third is that they reference a request for a verbal statement and mediation firm. The way civil procedure works is a case is filed first and then depositions are taken after an initial hearing. A mediation first doesn't come into the mix until much later down the road, there is no way a mediation firm would be involved in any legit legal matter before it was even filed. Total crap.

This number called me and asked for me by my old number from 2 years ago when I was married saying they had a legal case against me.

2 voicemails saying undeliverable papers and civil complaint will process tomorrow to call that number. I cant block it cause its a private number.

SCAM:  Gina left me a message from an UNKNOWN NUMBER to direct me to mediation for a case in my county

Emailed me saying they tried to call me on my old number. its a scam because all the information they gave was not accurate. they're looking for vulnerable people. what a scam. don't fall for it
