These people keep blowing up my phone telling me to call them back regarding their file.  If they were a reputable company, they would say who they and what the call is regarding...

they are requesting a call back to send me files, I think it is a scam

Like others have reported, these people are blowing up my phone with calls - while I am at work.

Received a voicemail from someone stating they were a "company" called RPSS ...
called back and a guy by the name of Bill Hunter .... he did not tell me who he was with .. and when I told him he had called a place of business ... all he kept saying was ... Ma'am, i don't know who called you because we are not the ones who make the calls. I asked him what company he was with .. all he said was that they were a litigation firm.. When I asked him the name of it ... he hung up ...
He was Very Rude ....
I smell SCAM written all over this ....

RPSS is a well known scam organization around here.  They pretend to be debt collectors/process servers/litigation firms/mediators/arbitrators, and any other name they can call themselves other than crooks, thieves, criminals, con men, or scam artists.

This number called for a person who does not even live at this address, therefore, she does not have this number. They say something about returning call for document file.

This number left a number indicating they are trying to deliver documents for my mother, deceased for over three years.
I have gotten multiple calls (with voicemail!) over the years indicating legal documents, documents, or packages for my dead mother or dead brother are in need of delivery and I should call to ensure that.
I believe this to be the worst kind of scam, which preys on the surviving family of dead people.

I just received same call 5 minutes ago. I  told them my attorney will be awaiting my being served with bells on. She hung up on me 😂

They call and threaten about someone else, I called back and asked them not to call me but they still call and are quite rude and nasty.

Scam big time! Please ignore any call from them and they will sometime move on with their low lives. Oh yeah, they are constantly changing their stupid numbers too, trust me if someone wants to serve you any papers they will pop up at your doorstep without bugging you about giving them address for "proper delivery"!

They are always calling and stating they dropping off papers and wanting me to call them back

A man identifying himself as Richard Maple, a compliance officer for the state of Minnesota, left a voicemail this morning asking for verification of my home or employer address so they could complete a service of process for Anoka County, and saying that if I didn't call, a uniformed officer would be dispatched. Pretty ballsy for scammers.

TO ALL - Process servers DO NOT call first.  It is also ILLEGAL to claim to be a government employee.

Just got one from Compliance officer Johnathon Davis stating he was going to call my employer to find my whereabouts.  Also  I have been now legally served by phone!  LMAO thats not being legally served and there is no information on what they are calling about.  SCAM SCAM SCAM
