Told me he was issuing a warrant for me on a payday loan the account number he gave was none of mine I called the bank they had no record of that number.  I never took out a Payday loan.

My husband keeps getting calls from this number stating that we owe money on a payday loan. Talk to them and told them this has been taken care of over 6 years ago at there office. Tried telling him that I had talked to corporate office stating that we don't owe anything and that we keep getting calls about this and I'm tired of it when it's taken care of and corporate office for this company said that we do not owe anything it was paid long time ago and that they do not know why we keep getting call. Told him to call the corporate office and he told me no, for us to call them and tell them to call him. Told me that in 48 hours we are going to be served with papers to go to court litigation and I told him go ahead because I will probably own their company for harassment.
Mr  Benson was who I talked to. Would not listen to anything I'd have to say

Messsages left regarding "legal matter" looking for my daughter.  Left a name, Janai, but no company name.

I just got the same call just now. Wtf!
