Said I owed a back credit card got me got 1,600.00

Received a call from an unknown number, saying I'm a plaintiff, having documents, to deliver to me.
Someone wanted to come by my house for hand to hand delivery service, having creditable documents, saying I am liable for one thing or another; giving me this (844-216-1506) for confirmation.

Saying that you are the "plaintiff"?  So, who are you suing?  The plaintiff is the one bringing the lawsuit, the defendant is the party being sued.  The usual "process server" scam.

Call the company the funds came from. U can have  charge back all the payments made and they will open a fraud investigation. This office is an illegal operation.. There physical address is 556 S. Transit Rd, Lockport NY 14094.. Call the AG in NewYork state.. Karen Davis is the one who hanldes it i believe. She all ready knows the owner - Sean Millard.. He has a reputation with her as is..

Haha.. They calling from the same office as the number they givin u.. Proly sittin right next to each other.  Heilig, Fleischer, & Associates but he is changing the name again to avoid prosecution.

I was asked to call this number by someone from an "unknown" number. Looks like legal documents scam. Here's a Google Voice transcription.
"Good afternoon this message is for lee intended for a Shawn fletcher. My name is thomas foster. I am a legal courier been trying to get in touch with you in regards to some seal documentation that scheduled to be delivered to you for an upcoming legal matter. I'll be stopping by your home address obtain your signature in order to release these documents to this up and coming next few business days so I cannot obtain your signature at your home address, and I'll proceed your place of employment where a supervisor signature will be needed as well as your own now unfortunately if I cannot obtain the signatures needed for these documents. It will be sir rendered as a direct refusal to sign leaving you in Jeopardy of a miss court appearance in the proceedings can and will continue without you if you have any questions concerns, or wish to stop the proceedings you need to contact appointments office immediately directly at 844-216-1506 when doing so please provide your case number of 222-0066. Thank you Shawna. We officially been notified have a wonderful day."
