They call themselve and Arbitration company and leave threatening messages that they will appear at your home and/or work place fromt he County in which you live.   They give a case number that is not a legitimate case number and ask for several forms of I.D.  This is purely a scam.  The phone number is 844-216-5234.  They call comes in as "Blocked".

Today I received multiple calls from "Unknown", the voice message stated that legal documents were to be delivered to my home the following day by PNC Delivery.  She did not identify herself and stated that I would need to return the call to find out what this matter was regarding.  I would need 2 forms of ID, if I am not available they will come to my place of employment where a manager or supervisor would need to be present and witness me receiving the documents.  The call back number that she left was 844-216-5234.  I attempted to call the number but was not able to reach an actual person.

Said o took a lone out in 2010. I owe $2300, trying to take out of my account. They have all my information with a different email.

Called me and asked for a case #, put me on hold, could not find any information on me.. trying to get information from me...scammers, dont even answer.

Called my mom today and scared her thinking I did something illegal.  These criminals do not care who or how they will scare people.  Especially the elderly!  Be careful and do not answer when the call comes through unknown.

Called my mom and my husband threatening to come to my work. Yet to call me or mail me any paperwork to go alonh with their claims.

These people called me from an unknown number and left a voicemail on my phone. They mumbled the company name & indicated I owed $ and that they would have legal documents delivered to my home or work. I asked for information that proves I owed such a debt and these scammers said I would receive an email of a letter. That was July 6. Still no letter yet because its obvious they are total scammers! It's awful how people can get some of other people's info and try to scam.

I witnessed this company call a client of mine that has terminal brain cancer. They told him that he was going to be charged with fraud because he took out a loan for $2900. They said he took out a loan on line in 2009, this client tried to explain and they had his social security number and his bank account number address etc... They had my client crying telling them that he had terminal brain cancer. They said if he did not pay $2900 they would be at his serving papers and taking legal action. This with my client crying and saying he is on a fixed income and he had terminal this lady kept calling him honey and sweetie and stuff very unprofessional. She stated just hold on sweetie I am going to talk to someone to get a medical waver so you can just pay $75 and that will make it all go away.  This client being very week and scared gave another bank card and paid the $75. They said someone may be calling asking to verify his medical condition. The ladies name is Mrs Moore and when I called and confronted her she had the nerve to say I was going to be charged with phone harassment. I laugh but not before I told her how she just scammed my friend out of money. She told me that there are hundreds of company's with in that company that they deal with and for. But this Mrs Moore was the same women that scammed my friend/client out of money.

Got a call from "Unknown".  The caller wanted to speak to my son-in-law that does not even live at this address.  The caller implied that he was a courier and wanted to deliver "legal documents" and went on to say "You don't want your family in legal trouble do you?"  A courier... really?  Asking me a question like that?  How does a courier know what is in a package addressed to someone else?  And the company who is supposedly filing suit against doesn't even have the right phone number for him.  The more I thought about it the more I realized it was a scam.  Process servers deliver legal papers for criminal charges being filed against someone.  Collection agencies harrass you with numerous phone calls before sending out certified mail.  But a courier who gets defensive on the phone with you?  Doesn't happen.  This courier did not ask for his home address, his cell phone or his home phone.  This is a scam for sure.  Next time they call me.  I'm going to have fun with them on the phone... cuz I'm good at it.

This company called my house, cell and work number threatening to come to my job John Case scared my sister who is recovering from a stroke.  It is a scam saying they are PNC carrier officer  from lake county with sealed documents and to make myself available from 12:00 to 4:00 the next business day.  Scam because if there is an order I would be served by an officer of the court a summons with a complaint attached or certified mail from the postal office.   Until I get papers from a legal court officer I will not sign anything.  wont answer calls.

They call all day with an automated message mostly doing work hours. I had given my account information and once I gave her that she hung up. THIS IS A SCAM! I had to call and cancel my card she wouldn't send me any information at all and didn't want to talk after she had the card number. SCAM

SCAM:  Got a call from a woman who claimed to be a independent contractor "courier" and that have a file against me and that her office would deliver tomorrow between 2-4pm. Gave me another number to call with a case #. This is a SCAM to threaten and try and obtain credit card information to make payments over the phone and stop the courier.  I know this is a scam, I owe NO ONE any money so obviously a scare tactic.
