Weekday calls but won't leave voicemail. Suspect robo-caller.

trying to collect on a 2014 pet bill and our dog died in 2011

frequent calls without leaving a message.  After reading a prior message on this web site I suspect the caller is trying to collect on an old debt that we disputed.  That vendor was Midco.  Midco provides cable tv, etc.  They are have pretty reliable service connections but their business practices feel deceptive at best.

Called about a supposed debt from Sonoma utility company.  Claims pg&e didn't pay them their share of the bill I paid. Somehow that's my fault? Said they were a local company
