Received a "Notice of Reward" card with no indication of who it is from.  Smells like a scam. This appears to be identical to cards with a different phone number on them, 844-230-4369, where people are asked for credit card numbers to pay for postage for their reward.  Big red flag!!!

I got one too. This is most definitely a scam.

I get post card in mail to collect $100 reward and call this number.  I call number and person begins asking for birthday, marital status, my address (which I tell them was on postcard they sent), etc. etc.  How to remove my name/address???

I called the number and gave them the claim # and then was asked for credit card information to pay one dollar shipping...I hung up and would suggest nobody else calls this.. I worked in banking industry for six years and this smells like a scam...I was immediately called back twice from a different number 801-893-3333 and ignored it..
think about it who takes one dollar and gives you $100 in return???
