No call that I'm aware of- we have a call blocker devise for our work phone. Any telemarketing calls that get past the call blocker, we immediately hang up and block that number. But I did receive a "past due" bill in the amount of $538.92 for an online directory listing we sure as hell never approved. This is the phone number listed on the (very amateurish) "invoice". The mailing address is a PO box in Plattsburgh, NY and the company is usbyellowpageregisty. Can't find anything on the internet about them, but I'd think an online directory company would at least have a website. I'm going to try to report them for mail fraud.

These people are total scammers. DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY! They do not have a physical address, they do not answer the phone (they either hang up or send you to voicemail and don't call back), they are NOT licensed, and they are not accredited by the BBB. If you have been receiving invoices from these people, report them at http://www.ic3.gov/. Unfortunately, if you haven't seen then money then they have not committed a crime (according to my local PD), but if you have sent them money then you can report them to your local PD. Your PD will have to contact the Plattsburg PD -- they won't take the info from YOU.

Anyway, these people called. We said we weren't interested in what they were selling. They said they would just send us some info in the mail. Fast forward to August, we suddenly start receiving $600 invoices from these scammers and phone calls saying that they listed us in the yellow pages.

Their invoice is SO sketchy! All kinds of "extra" services (apparently they created a logo for us despite the fact that we had our logo created 8 years ago by a logo artist) with NO dates. No email, no person to contact. Just a P.O. Box, a phone number that they dont answer, and a note to send a money order.

I called the # today, someone answered the call but didn't say anything and then hung up. Scaredy cats! Don't forget to report them to USPS for mail fraud too.
