message claimed to be from Express Scripts Pharmacy and to call them back at this number.  Connection was very scratchy sounding and then it prompted me to call 1-855-853-4189

Call claimed to be express scripts but it's not express scripts.

Call claimed to be Express Scripts , ask me if had other health benefits Insurance and if i had other Insurance before that was cancelled than what i have now. Then  hung up.

Apparently legitimate robo-caller message under contract to Express Scripts: Eliza Corporation, calling from caller-ID 215-302-5386. Upon my call-back to 844-225-2408, a robo-answerer had my name and knowledge that I was with Tricare. It asked yes/no questions about my other health insurance. After an "I don't know" reply by me, the call got auto-forwarded to a live person with Express Scripts. Our discussion was a routine confirmation of my primary insurance provider who pays before Tricare.

Legitimate robocall regarding Tricare Express Scripts.  Yes/No/I don't know answers.  Transferred to operator that had my info, already verified my other insurance.  Kind of a useless call though.

Was called unknown 867 prefix only, coincidentally, right after I had been locked out of my account. They left voicemail with a 844 prefix above not corresponding with any number I had for Tricare, I did nothing until now, when I was finally able to reach the real Tricare number. She looked through the Tricare numbers and said it was nowhere in their site. The prefix 867 is from Mexico, Canada, a couple of other places, so they have been added to my "do not answer" list. Only call Tricare's known number. Certainly better to be safe than sorry.

I was Forwarded to this number claimed to be Express scripts. Wanted social security  number, name and then asked for birthdate. Was disconnected when I said I was getting express script number.

Recieved call from Express Scripts about changes to my coverage. I have Martin's Point FHP and they don't use Express Scripts for sending meds so I would be wary of calling them back.
