These people call and call...I never pick up and they never leave a message.

This number has called 5 times since 3/19.  Four calls in the last three days. Have no idea who it is, or what they want.  Perhaps someone else can give some info on the caller. The phone # is the only thing that shows in my caller ID, and I don't answer unknown calls.  So I guess they can keep calling, and I will continue to not answer.  It's probably another scammer anyway!!!

They called at 9am on Easter Morning! I did not answer the call and no vcml was left. After searching for this nr online and seeing it may be MyHeritage, I called the nr back and it was MyHeritage support, which is a family tree builder and DNA site which I happen to be a member of and very active on. I'm truly disappointed in them for telemarketing my cell on Easter Morning.

Thank you so much for that answer! So that's who it is. I made the mistake of going to their website for research and apparently they have my cell phone number from long ago. They keep calling and it's so annoying!

THis number calls multiple times a day never leaving a message

It's MyHeritage support. They tend to call even if you place something in your cart on MyHeritage but you dont make the purchase. I places one of the memberships in my cart but since they make you pay for an annual membership and won't do monthly payments, I backed out of the screen until I can afford the annual payment. They called me not 2 minutes later. I just came on here to see who was calling because i wont answer calls that dont leave a message or have a caller ID name. Then I seen two people below who stated it was MyHeritage and it all made sense since i got the call right after i left the site. Maybe if they made monthly payments an option more people would buy their memberships and they wouldn't have to make so many phone calls when people dont back out of their carts. Lol

Were you just on the website right before they called though? The system they have dials the number automatically when you do something like if you add the membership to your cart but then back out of buying it. It sends your phone number to their system which then calls you automatically. I dont know what all things will make the system call someone but i know that not fallowing through with the purchase of their membership and leaving that screen makes the number call you since thats how it happened with me. Since it is an automated call, nobody will leave a voicemail because you have to answer the call in order for the call to transfer to a representative. If you dont answer the call it just hangs up.

It wont leave a message because it is an automated call from MyHeritage. What it does is it has their system dial your number. It will only transfer to a live person if you answer the call so if you dont answer then it will just hang up. If you have something in you cart in MyHeritage, remove it. It makes phone calls to people who dont finish a purchase. I know backing out of the cart will make the system call me but it might continue to make calls if you leave something in your cart too or it could make calls if you are trying to do something different that may warrant customer service? Im on the site quite a bit and i only got called the one time when i backed out from buying an annual membership because i was hoping it would give an additional option to pay monthly if i added it to my cart but since it did not give that option I left the site and that number called me a minute or 2 later.

Never leaves message

I looked up this number after I received a call today and found an article that said it was associated with a variety of “debt owed” or IRS scams. The # that called you may be faking another # (My Heritage’s in this case) for scam purposes. I happen to be a MY Heritage member as well & have never received a call from them. Either way, don’t answer any unknown caller. Legit businesses follow the law & DON’T call after hours.

I am a my Heritage member and I have received this call as well. I did answer it once, and they were just reminding me that my annual membership is up for renewal and they were offering a special deal for renewal. I've only received the call between 8 a.m and 8 p.m.

I have gotten several calls from this number the past few days, they don’t leave a message. I decided to answer it yesterday and the woman wanted me to verify my address and social security number. I told her I don’t give that information out. She told me what my address, which was wrong, she did have the last 4 digits of my social. She said I owe Verizon and wanted to know how I wanted to pay it. I told her I wasn’t paying because I never had Verizon. She told me to call Verizon and report fraud and hung up. If she was calling from Verizon she could have connected me with that department.

I answered this call to see who keeps calling me   The recording stated that this was the social Secruity office and that there was an arrest warrant out for me. Stating that I had fraudulent activity on my social Secruity card. Said that I needed to hang up and dial the number back  that there was an officer of the law waiting to speak to. I do not know anything about this nor did I call back the number. I feed that this is just a scam. Just to get you to give them your information. I am not going to give anything more to this

A guy called n asked for my grown daughter I don’t know how he tied her name with this phone number.  Told him he had wrong number.
