I received a call from these ppl claiming to subpoena me for court. They even threatened to come to my job to give the subpoena. I don't owe anyone, they even gave a fake docket number. I called the number back no answer, I let it ring about 25 times no answer. I'll be filing a complaint against them for harassment. DON'T BELIEVE THESE PPL IF YOU DON'T OWE ANYTHING.

I just got a message from this number.  They asked for a Tom which the only Tom I know is my Dad, the last name I couldn't even hear and she moved the phone or headset away from her mouth so all I could hear is heavy breathing for about 10 seconds.  Then I guess she figured out she didn't have the phone or headset positioned right and corrected it, for I could then make out the serving you at your house or I will be forced to serve you at your place of employment.  To have two forms of valid ID's and a supervisor available to be a witness.  And to call back if the time and date didn't work for me.  Umm you didn't leave  time or date unless that was being relayed when you were just breathing in to the phone. . . .  and I am not the one you are looking for according to the name you begin your message with.  NOPE I will not be calling back to either confirm or deny that the number was correct for whom you are looking for.  As I know this is most likely some Zombie debit collector.  Oh and left a call back number of 877-657-4359

I got a phone call today at work with the same exact message as Crystal states above looking for someone that I don't know. I have no clue whom these clowns are and I'm curious if there are any takers out there that want to wager whether or not they actually show up with a subpoena? Get a life folks and get a real job while you're at it.

Same call just now from same number. Let the answering machine pick up (not personalized) and they left a message for someone I don't know, but the name they gave sounded like it was recorded, and like this person was having a hard time getting the "tape recorder" to stop playing. Sounded like the phone was moving around A LOT and then she came back on the phone threatening she would be forced to serve at place of work if whoever it is they are "looking for" doesn't call or meet them (again, lots of noise on the phone so it was kinda of hard to understand) and have 2 forms of ID. Same thing here. You cannot hear her the first half of the message and then she moved the phone. It must be deliberate.
