Received a call from a female from private number (she gave me her supposedly full name) but said call back# was 844-284-0764) and said she was with Location Services and looking for someone else who apparently had listed my land line as a contract.  Gave me a ref# to give to the person they were asking for so that person could call them back.  I asked Miranda to please remove my phone# from the contacts and asked her to verify that she had and she said yes. She then mentioned an address and asked if that was my address and if we were that person's parents.

They buy worthless payday loan debt and call you from private/unknown caller and shake you/scare you into calling them back. They will threaten you with legal matters, and jail time, or even service of process and they will sound legit, ITS NOT! Dont pay them a dime.

after further investigation this is a company out of Buffalo New York who purchase payday loan paper from illegal creditors who violate state laws. As a consumer it is your given right to accept a loan, and if you cant pay it back, just cause your used your bank account doesnt mean its bank fraud on your part cause both parties knew about it, fraud is when you tend to deceive a person without their knowledge, fair game, ignore these call, record them if they call, and if they continue to call, thats harrassment, 1000 law suit for every word they use against you, or every unwanted call after the first call after advising you dont want such calls.

THEY USE TWO FORM OF "SKIP TRADING TOOLS" TO GET YOUR INFORMATION. ONE IS TLO, THE OTHER IS ACCURANT. BOTH THESE TOOLS CAN GET YOUR INFO VIA YOUR SOCIAL OR EVEN GIVEN NAME, OR ADDRESS. ANY PIECE OF INFO THEY KNOW ABOUT YOU CAN LEAD THEM TO KNOW YOUR SOCIAL, DOB, PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT, ETC ETC ETC. IF YOU AT ONE POINT LIVED, OR USED SOMEONE AS A REFERENCE IN A JOB APP, APPLICATION FOR CREDIT, OR HAD ANY JOINT ACCOUNTS WITH SOMEONE THEY WILL ALSO APPEAR ON YOUR FILE, THEY WILL THEM HAVE ACCESS TO EVERYONE THEY KNOW, AND ITS ALL A BIG CIRCLE. CHANCES ARE WHETHER YOU KNOW THIS PERSON OR NOT, THEY WILL KNOW PLENTY ABOUT YOU BEFORE THEY CALL, AND CAN AND PROBABLY WILL USE IT AGAINST YOU TO SCARE YOU. THESE TYPE OF CALLERS LOVE TO PRETEND THEY ARE 'SERVICE OF PROCESSERS'' WHICH IS AN INVENTED TERM, LOCATERS, LITIGATORS, LAWYERS, MARSHALLS, COUNSIL MEMBERS, FROM THE PROCESSING AND SUMMONS DIVISION, FRAUD INSPECTORS. WATCH OUT, REPORT ALL INCIDENTS TO YOUR STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL.

A woman called and asked for the owner, who wasn't here.  I asked her what I could help her with and she hung up on me. So, I called the number back.  A man said they were National Card Service and had an offer for discounted processing.  He started in on his spiel and I told him that I was going to just tell the other woman to take our number off their list and HE HUNG UP ON ME TOO!!..Do not deal with these rude people!
