I received the same call. It was listed as an unknown caller and number on my call ID. They left no voice message I had to "google" the number. It list the number as  belonging to Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Indiana Medicaid. I live in Indiana, but never used or would have any reason to have Anthem Blue Cross or Indiana Medicaid to call me. If  Anthem or Indiana Medicaid  were the actual ones who did call me, they would have no reason for  caller ID to block the caller's ID or list the number as unknown caller.
