Someone saying they are from AT&T to talk about our internet and telephone services.

No ID, No answer

They get really rude when I don't put them through to the person that handles billing here. He happened to be out of the office and the caller insisted I give him my boss' number....I said no. The caller got hostile saying I was refusing to give him the number for my boss. Ummmm, ya.....duh. Says they are with AT&T, but if they really were, they would know the name of the person in charge of the phone bills.

They are from AT&T.  I have told them MANY times we are NOT going back to them for our services. They call all the time.  I told the girl this morning when they called that I had already told AT&T multiple times lately we are not switching to them and to take our telephone number off of their calling list.  She told me that it was company policy to "verify my phone number and obtain my full name" to do that so they can "verify I make the billing decision."  I told her we don't verify anything over the phone. They "can't take you off of their call list without verifying" I told them thanks and hung up.
