Caller trued ti convince me that he was from the IRS and that a lawsuit had been filed against me by the IRS for not having filed taxes for several years (which, of course, I did)!  He made little sense. I hung up before I discovered what information he was after.

Claims to be IRS and suit will be filed against you.  These people should be prosecuted

Same thing, idiots trying to SCAM people into getting there information. Claiming they are going to put a hold on your accounts etc. Go back to Iran you devil worshipping fools.

this is what the phone caller siad.  Hello, I'm Michael from the IRS am I talking to (said my name).  I replied--No, this isn't her(but it was) could I please take a message for her. After I said that he hung up. Hum, why wouldn't he tell me anything? These phone scams scare me cause what if they can really get your info. I'm calling the channel 12 news to report it.

Said a warrant was being made and owed the IRS been getting calls constantly this is scary

I keep receiving calls stating that they are from Revenue Canada and i owe them money

This number called and I didn't answer but they left a message stating that her name was Amanda Williams from Premiere Processing and that I had 2 felony warrants issued against me blah blah blah. So I called this said number back she said her name was Investigator Valerie  hold while I get your arrest packet. After a 2 minute hold shes back on saying I have a court appearance tomorrow at 11am and did I know this, I am being summonsed to court for "over drafting my bank account", I requested her company name, her name street address and phone #  and to be notified in writing. She said she is not a debt collector and doesn't have to notify me in writing. I told her this sounds like [***] and hung up.
