Said papers going to be delivered next day to house

This is a common ploy by criminals masquerading as debt collectors who are attempting to extort money from people by scaring you into believing that you will be criminally charged, go to jail, lose your driver’s license, have wages garnished, be sued, and a variety of other variations on this,  all for an alleged or nonexistent debt.  One of the tricks they use is to call your work place, friends, or relatives repeatedly in an attempt to shame you into paying.  They also use the “process server” ruse who calls and claims he is going to serve you, but then says you could avoid it by calling another number.  Please not that process servers do not ever call ahead.  That way you can’t dodge them.

Wanted info re: my computer etc.

Robotic voice message said my AppleID had been compromised. The recording was playing on continuous loop, and was of horrible quality. First off....I detest Apple, and never use any of their products, second.... It's like they're not even trying to make a convincing scam.  I'm actually insulted that they thought this would work on me, or anyone else for that matter.

This number called to say they received suspicious activity on my iCloud account (automated voice). Asked me to call them back. I didn't.

Scam...  message about problems i-cloud account

I received the same loop recording today on my home phone regarding my iCloud account. Horrible quality and grammar. Worst robo scam ever!

Same here - suspicious activity on my iCloud account and wanted me to call back...these scammers are multitasking - iCloud, apple account, debt collection, etc.

I just now rec’d a VM from this number with the same message and requesting me not to use my devices until I spoke to one of their technicians

I just now received a VM from this number saying it was from Apple Online Support and that there was suspicious activity with my iCloud ID and not to use and not to use any of my devices before speaking to one of their certified technicians.

Just got this message yesterday. I was suspicious. I always check out calls or emails like this with my Computer Guru Son-in-Law. He suggested I google the phone number which I had not thought of doing. He’s so smart!  advice  Be overly Suspicious!!!

I just got a call from 8442848608 telling me that they noticed some suspicious activity with my computer and I needed to call this number before using my computer.  I know that this is a scam.  I just want to report this.
