Called my cell looking for an individual other than me and left a voicemail substantially similar to a message I received about a month ago from an 855.444.4130 number.  The caller stated that she was calling about papers received in her office of a notice of intent to file a claim and that she would be serving the papers. The only difference between this message and the first is that the caller did not identify her company nor did she specify a date for service.

These calls are completely bogus and show up on my cell as "restricted" then the message directs me to dial another number. Block these calls if you can and just ignore them if you can't.

Had same thing just now, no name of who they were or who call was even for lol. Just deleted!

Keep getting calls from this number. They are calling my mother. They have an old address and old phone numbers. They only give a first name of John saying that he has just received legal documents in his office about a claim for a breach of contract. Doesn't give information about a company saying that I need to call him as soon as possible or he will come to my residence or place of business to serve me a letter of intent and file the claim with the county (in which I reside).. That was yesterday and never showed. Total scam BS. These people are relentless and will not stop calling. Just either block the number and tell all your relatives to do the same when they call. These people will get any phones numbers they can associated with anyone you know.
