GREAT ADVICE!
They tell you they are contacting your HR dept. and there is a complaint filed against you. Then if you call back a “third party” person claims you owe form something and is willing to settle with you. I asked for documentation and got nothing.

Same as above.  Threatening to contact HR. Wanted home address/phone, etc.  If they have a legitimate complaint, they should have the information.  I'm certainly not going to provide it for them.  I have no idea who they are.

Left a voice mail here it is in full from iPhone auto  transcribe ““Hello hello my name is Teresa Smith you were not available today and this message is in regards to a complaint notice to your attention please immediately contact 844-312-0594 again the number is 844-312-059_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ your address or contact information _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ required to direct further attempts to your HR payroll department on file…”

Please please please do not provide them with any information they called me yesterday leaving a voicemail threatening to contact my HR resource at my job when I am retired they said I owed money for US Bank that I close the account out but I owe them I've never even had an account with US Bank so once again please they are a scam do not give them any information at all

same thing....total scam....they called from 586-933-2654 with a call back # of 844-312-0594

Same thing here, complaint against me, after three attempts will contact HR or payroll. Funny because I am self employed.

Got a message same as the ones others posted. I called the number ver back from a different phone and when the guy asked if this was the number they called me on I said no and he put me on hold. Put of curiosity I stayed on hold for a few moments ans hung up. The guy was vague anyway when he answered and when I asked who they were he said a PS Group. My thoughts were wow gee thanks for all the important info buddy. Guessing a scam by the lack of info he gave and the info gave on here. Beware!

I got the same message. The thing is I work from home and I am my own HR Dept so I knew this was a scam. Lol. Thanks for sharing. This was helpful since I got the same message. I'm glad people share their experiences with this place whoever they are. It's sad the people who try to scam others.

Same call.  Same message.  HR?  What HR, I've been retired for 18 months and I will definitely not return the call.  I'm not interested in anything they have to say.  I don't owe a penny to anyone.  If they can find my past employer, I only wish they would call them.  They are a powerful top 10 law firm.  I'd love to know what they would say. Ha!

Talked to this guy Carl several times. Says his with a private law firm in Las Vegas. Won’t discuss my case in regards to a civil suit against me unless I verify my identity using my social. Phishing scam. He has my Mom’s old address who I haven’t live with in years. Knows my full name, probably because I’ve had legitimate legal troubles in the past. Total scam, go to hell Carl.

Hmmm...definitely a scam...voice mail message left indicating they will contact my HR Department because a complaint has been filed against me.  I haven't worked since December due to health reasons and when I was working, it was through a staffing agency.  Move on to the next one.

The caller is telling me there has been some type of legal action being taken against and they are going to contact my HR department. I asked for them to send me the information they have and they said they can't it, it has to be handled by their lawyer. I then ask for the lawyer and they said it would be someone from Columbia Law. I asked for a mailing address and they told me they could not give out any mailing address. They told me they could only be reached by email or fax with correspondence.
