Unknown number.  Says this is ale is reed with  (Collier) county. Making you aware of service of process I'm scheduled to complete this Monday between 3 to 5 if you have questions or like to arrange a specific time or date contact the filling parties office at 844-312-1307 claim number to reference is CV  ######.  The only thing that was real cl ear was the phone number and her name and the reference number.  The country she mentioned sounded like Collier where I live but she was rushed and garbled and at least one baby was crying in the background.  Funny thing was we were at Collier county building on Monday.  Did not sound like a legit call.

Scam! Real process servers don't call in advance.

Again received another call from 844-312-1307.  Same voice mail but this time my wife called the number put it on speaker.  She told me to ask the name of the filer and the name of their company/ agency.  They refuse to tell me who filed a legal complaints.  Told me they were serving me on Thursday, that's 3 days after the person said she was delivering it.  Then she wanted to verify I was Grover, she asked for my SS# and my bithdate, before I could answer my wife told her that we were not verifing with any personal info, at which point the women got huffy and said that I would have to give that info when they serve me.  My wife told her that we would see them Thursday and hung up on her.  Wife said it was a scam.  Glad she was there with me,  I might had told them. Now I know better.  My wife sad we should call police in case they were hitting this area with the scam.

There's nothing the police can do about scam phone calls.

Received another phone call today and a voicemail. She talks so fast in the beginning I can't make out any of the words and neither can my voicemail transcription. The only clear information is when she is coming, and the number to call. Here is a rough-ish transaction of the email I received.

"Hi this message is for ________. My name is Nicole Travis(?) I'm a legal careerist in ?? county and I'm calling regarding certified documents attached to your name and social. I did call you yesterday regarding to. Scheduled to bring them out Wednesday the 30th between 3 and 5pm. If you have any questions or concerns contact the filing party's office at (844) 312-1307 and provide your claim number which is DB308490. Thank you."

I called the phone number (844) 312-1307 to see what happens. A woman answers "You've reached ADR. This is Nicole, how can I help you?" I hung up, I'm not going to waste my time on what is clearly a scam. I just hope someone else doesn't fall for this. She talks so fast and so urgently and it sounds very scary. Horrible.
