Received a phone call from this number saying that they would be taking legal action against me . When I called the number I was told it was for an old payday loan that was taken out in 2012 by me which I told them is a lie because I never took it out . Also I told him I was going to dispute it because I know it's fraudulent and a scam. They said we will see you in court I said go for it and also you're in Canada

Called my cell telling me it was a payday loan from years ago & proceeded to threaten myself and family. He would not give me a company name or the name of the payday loan I was supposed to receive. I work for a loan company so I'm bound by policy NOT to get loans of this sort.  I started quoting LAW to them about their collection tactics and he, whose name was Franklin Frank (hahaha), told me that the sheriff would come "collect" me.  I told him he was on official notice to remove my number from his system. I also told him I would call the sheriff myself and report him for his threats against me and my family.  He kept interrupting my speaking so I clearly again quoted LEGAL collection laws and proceeded to tell him he would be reported. He passed me to his supervisor who was even worse.  I told him the sheriff would be by to "collect" them all soon because I was reporting this this the authorities! He hung up on me!  BEWARE of the BS of this number!!!

I got a call saying my social security number was suspended, due to fraudulent activity. Pretty sure that cannot happen! And definitely not by a phone call from an unidentified number.
