This number was on an "alert" pop-up, telling me my computer had a virus that was damaging Microsoft's servers.  Seemed idiotic to me.  I called just out of curiosity.  Busy call center in India.  Hung up.

Confirm CBradley's msg of 16 April.    Also got a pop-up on the computer from? Microsoft Defender.  Have Zeus virus, don't shutdown, call 866-639-8853.  Probably same scam.

This is a kind of fake error message or security pop up ! Do not be cheated by it.
