They keep calling me for someone else.

This person or business has called me 3 times in the last 2 hours and it needs to stop.

Investigator Moore "as she calls herself" keeps calling me about someone else's debt and threatens me with taking me to court over a debt.

They called my house asking for my sister saying she missed a court date an asked about her son an his father but didn't use their legal name I hunk she is a scam I tried calling the number back an it went to her voicemail an some lady called about a lottery thing soon as I hung up. Mind you that when she calls it shows up private caller.. Anyone else getting calls like that.. She never tried contacting my sister or my mother..

BS "investigator" Moore asked for someone else. And when I told her it was the wrong number she kept calling.  Scam!

Call threatening court to a relative if I didn't call them back, a Kathy Moore who is supposedly a state investigator.  Scam.

Tell this calling fraud that you want written proof of the problem that is mailed to you showing that company, original debt & amount, dates, etc..  That is the only official way to notify you.  Don't expect anything but excuses and meaningless, illegal threats.

Agent Moore is a private investigator.  It is not a scam.. She is hired to locate people when all other attempts fail.  She contacted me and everything she said to me was the truth.  She was actually looking for a ex-family member of mine.

What was the outcome having that problem now

this was a medicare scam. a patient brought in a card stating that the patient is eligible for a back brace and they need to call this number 844-312-8044 to get it. I called the number and questions the individual and even asked questions about CPT codes, etc. They were not able to give the information i wanted, they just needed to "qualify" the patient before moving forward and needed information. I told them i couldn't give this to them and discontinued the call. I am trying to report it to medicare. They did say their website was mypaincenter.net. On they website, again you have to enter all your information to "qualify"

I, too, received a card stating I was eligible for a back brace and to call 800-312-8044. Delivered by The Pain Center. No location. And that Medicare status pending. Read your review, did not call, Medicare scam. Pls report to Medicare.
