- Unsure??? replies to Yoda1725| 2 repliesIf? Wow... I just wanted to see if anyone knows if any of this is legal. Not looking tor drama... Just advice. Thanks
- MJG replies to Unsure???.. If you answered Yoda's question thoroughly, we might be able to answer your question. What did these documents state? Without knowing that, we can't give an answer.
- Unsure??? replies to Unsure???Per a legal aid rep. This is not legal. And this company seems to be working under false pretenses. Im just curious hiw my info could have been obtsined....
- Unsure??? replies to BigAHow can I find out a legitimate agency so I can handle this. How can I tell if their for real trying to help me advoid any legal issues?
- Tygerkat replies to LisaLisa, it's not up to you to prove you DON'T owe the debt but up to them to prove you DO. Don't send them anything. Instead, if you speak to them again DEMAND they mail you proof of this debt. That's via the good ole US Postal Service. Phone calls, emails, and faxes are NOT legitimate methods of debt validation. By law, the VOD must be sent within 5 days of the first time the company attempts to contact you. If they claim they cannot send this, already sent this, or you will receive the information after you pay them, you know it's a scam.
- Tygerkat replies to Unsure???| 12 repliesWhat documents did they deliver?
- Gunnar replies to Tygerkat| 4 repliesThey didn't deliver any documents Tygerkat. "Unsure" is posting from the same place "Sylvia" was. She's probably the same Shill. She's trying to "muddy the waters".
She won't tell us what kind of documents. She knows that we know far more than she does about legal process. Anything she tries to say will be torn to shreds in seconds. She won't give us a name of the senders of these supposed documents. We can expose a fraud-shop faster than she can think up a new alias. She's just going to dance around until she either disappears or really makes a fool of herself & tries to claim she was served or "arrested".
"Unsure/Sylvia" will probably return with another indignant post. That's what defeated Shills do. We'll sit back & laugh. That's what we do.

- Megan BurtThey said they were trying to collect a debt on a credit card I never had they said the case is from one county but states a different county that we lived in. They called an old friend but didn't call me when I called them I told them I had never had the card and they said they were emailing identity theft papers. It's all fake.

- Unsure??? replies to Actually. ..Thanks... Smh. 😔
- Gunnar replies to Unsure???| 1 replyI'll make it real simple. When a SCAMMER tries to claim that documents are ready to be, or have been, served a call or visit to the intended targets clerk of courts offices will blow that SCAMMERS claim right out of the water. It's all right there in black & white.
You say that you received "documents". You won't say what kind of documents. We've noticed that omission. Do you take us for fools? Answer the questions that were posed to you. Why are you finding that difficult? Is giving us the name of this (your) outfit too much to ask? I think we know the answer to that.
