T.C.G. and Associates 739 E Santa Clara Street, Ventura, CA 93001-2936  Appears to be a collection agency with a very bad record from the BBB.  Could be a scammer has stolen the number and is spoofing the collection agency. Either way, I have no debts so it's like the other 95% of calls I get...a scam.

Call came in as xfinity voice services.   When I answered the reply was TCG AND Associates, was immediate given number to call for delivery of my legal documents.  Waited and waited for an answer.  Finally hung up.

They called with a voice recording stating that they were Tgc associates and I need to call the number back or press 1 for delivery of my legal documents.  I don't know of any collection agency calling me to have legal documents sent, they usually just send it. When trying to call the number back they kept me on hold with music playing.

Got a phone message similar to calls received by others on this sire from TGC & Assoc. threatening legal action unless I because they had legal documents and I had to phone them for delivery.  If this were a reputable legal firm they would know my address and not even leave a phone message.  If it were an official court document, either and officer of the court or a sheriff's deputy would deliver them.  Has to be a BOTTOM FEEDER!

This is a scam caller.  Same experience others.
Caller left message and states to call for legal documents to avoid legal action.  Who ever calls for legal docs?  They are simply mailed or process served.  Prank caller with nothing better to do...
