she said the file is about malicious intent claim and they claim to have my social security number
866-312-9418 ext 415 . They said failure to call them back will be documented

I Googled the callback number and found many complaints about the callback # on this site

"Change from EAS. very important we speak with you. You have a file that's been placed in our office with your name and social security number attached. You can reach this office at 888-438-7301. Again, that's 888-438-7301."

This is a debt collector for Ace Cash Express.

I think you mean that it is a criminal organization pretending to be a debt collector for another criminal organization don't you?

Someone said their name is Jim Chase they have a file with my name and social. Do I call it back.

Absolutely not! All they can do is call and try to scare you. Do not let 'em!

Some man called my cellphone and let a message on my voicemail claiming that he has my name and social security number on file and that it important for me to call him back for starters he don't know my name and he's certainly not talking about me because I don't know what he's talking about and I don't care so I blocked this number

They also just called me.did not answer. And they did not leave a voicemail. Glad I searched for the number.

844-312-9418, This number call me at 2:15 AM 😡 stating they have my number as reference for one of my friend they did said my friend name correct,  and to give my friend a message to called them back at ext. 409, for mediation, this was left in my voice messages,

I also got got a phone call saying that I need to call them back and they that stating that they have my social security number as well and gave me the same number so I had a gut feeling that this is actually a scam. They also said that I need to call them back within a certain time so I kind of figured it was that's why I researched everything. So anybody this is a scam just to let you know. The lady that tried to contact me stated her name was Cindy James. And she was also from EAS.

Shayna/Shana Misoura (sp) left a vmail on my work phone w/ ext. 507. She said she was from the Financial Mediation Dept.; gave me some claim # that’s allegedly attached to my SSN; and, said that a statement was needed from me or I’d be noted as “failure to comply.” Based on web research, this company is fraudulent. Trunk number there is 561-766-0886.
