those of you sayng you could not find sunrise comm  listed on the at&t website have not looked very hard or read the post from mr kirk . they are listed under gold level it takes one click from the link provided to find them listed . I understand you all get calls everyday and yes scams exsist but that does not mean every call is a scam .

Yeah, that was my post and I did find the link afterwards, but saw no reason to continue posting about it.

But lets not lose perspective of this site's purpose  and thats to allow people to share their experience with unwanted calls from telemarketers, scammers, debt collectors and other criminal types.
The reports so far are harmless towards a legitimate company and there is no reason ANYONE needs to address each and every post in a thread to make the same reassuring reply. When they do, it automatically raises suspicions as to why this person would be looking up a number they know who it belongs to, such as Jesse Kirk has done. Even more strange is that company VP's don't go around to persuade people its a legitimate call on site's such as this one.
I will say he did the right thing by moving on and not continue any argument over it.

Multiple calls within minutes. Been going on for a year at least. Blocked them after learning that the callers have intentionally misrepresented their true reason for calling.  Failed to properly ID. This is a paid number subscription service.

Didn't recognize the number, let it go to Voice Mail. No message left. In my book, typical telemarketer's MO.

Number called, could hear telemarketing noise in background, Hung up without saying anything. Would you do business with a telecom co. that uses a messed up auto dial system or just hangs up on potential customers? SCAM!

Have received too many calls from sketchy outfits claiming to be representing AT&T. My company will never switch to AT&T because it engages in this third party marketing nonsense. Number blocked.

Jana from "AT&T" wants to upgrade our lines from 12 mgs to 24 for a $200 a month savings.  Getting multiple calls for this "Offer".

Continues to call, never leaving a message.

These people call our office EVERY DAY for the past year and a half or so.  I have told them we are not interested and to stop calling.  Way over it.

As a business you should know that if you want something done, you send a letter.  In this case preferable certified, return receipt.  The rest of what you need to know is on page 1, all you need to do is read it.

I've Read The Other Comments On Here Including The Shills Trying To Present The Business As Legitimate BUT Look, Think About It.... FIRST - AT&T Will NEVER, EVER Call You To "Reduce" Your Bill... They Want It As HIGH As They Can Keep It ! !   SECOND - If These Crooks Are Legitimate, Then WHY Are They "Pretending" To Be Someone Else ? ?  THIRD - Why Would Anyone Happy Using This Service Look It Up On Here To Leave A "Good" Comment ? ?   Really, Have You EVER Thought Of Doing That ? ? - Neither Have I.....

Lastly, While I've Never Personally Fell For This Type Of Scam So I Don't Know Their End Game - I Surmise It's Either - They Add Third Party Billing To Your Already Too High AT&T Bill - Or - They Switch You To Another Provider All Together..... NOW, That May Or May Not Be A Lower Price Or Better Service IDK - But I Will Say, In My Mind, -  If They Really Did Offer Better Pricing And/Or Service - Then Wouldn't They Try To Promote Their Own Company Name Instead Of Pretending To Be AT&T ? ? ?

Telemarketer said that they were AT&T calling.  I told them I don't have AT&T and never did so they are telemarketing.  Phoned AT&T and was told that 844-344-7407 phone number isn't theirs.
