I just got called from Randy Snyder . He says he's going to serve between 1 and 2 o'clock The message was recorded at 1:46 uugh

I got that same kind of call from Randy Snyder. On the 29th that he was gonna serve between 1 & 2 but yet the call was recorded eat 1:46. I have debt, but I seriously doubt that you get a heads up. Those are unsuspecting visits. Keep us posted though.

I received a call from this number I was hesitant about calling but I wanted to see what was going on it was about something that I owed that was on my credit report and they were helpful .... A lot of these comments from you people are just angry because someone is calling you out on your debt so instead of slandering there name take the effort to figure out what it is

Yeah sure, nice try.  A page full of complaints describing behavior which is clearly in violation of the FDCPA and then your vague praises of a company you refuse to name.  So, how did "they" help you?

No, actually, people are being called when they don't owe money.  And REAL process servers NEVER call you ahead of time, nor do they tell you to call anyone!  We don't need to "take the effort to figure out" what you're about - you're nothing more than a pathetic shill for these scammers!

got a second call today from "julie" she couldn't even get her story straight stumbling over words you can tell she is reading from a script....... I am amazed she can even read.  Where do they find these people morons trying to collect on a debt.  I told her the same thing happened last year and NO ONE showed up????? I told her to just go ahead and send them today I know this is a SCAM and hung up on me..... I was having fun.....I was kinda hoping she would used the " I going to send the police to your house to arrest you" tactic so i could have asked her the same question I asked the guy last year " should I pack a toothbrush and my favorite pillow and sleeping bag"  But i said the word scam to early....  I wonder if ill get the "we are coming to your house TODAY" call OH WELL.  If you talk to them have fun they cant hurt you and they get SO PISSED when you laugh in there ear.  You may get the " this is not funny" or "this is not a laughing matter SIR"  I say yeas it is cause your a moron and your not getting a dime out of me..... And just like last year guess what NO BODY showed up..... got the "you will be served today" phone call today Julie and the whole "company" can go shove there sealed legal document directly pertaining to me up there where the son don't shine.

Yes i received the same call. she has been calling me for 4 days now and leaving threatening voicemails but i laugh at them. they did tell me to call 844-373-7848 with a case number, never called. I know for sure its a scam. So there is nothing you guys should worry about

I received a 2 voicemails from Joe Hamilton stating he was going to serve me on friday at home or at work.No one showed up. He called me again, left a voicemail saying he called me on friday told me he was serving me today (Actually he called on thrusday, not friday). I check my husbands vm and in there he says he's serving me on tuesday. Well Which is it Mr. Hamilton? I am not afraid to go to court over a debt because I have not debt that isn't taken care of or is not in Good Standing on my report? Anyway, I filed a claim with the FTC, which has this company as a drop down option, and also with the attorney General. This is just a crap debt or old debt that they can't collect on. I am going to sent a certified letter with pictures and weight on the letter to tell them show me a bill... So if I have to go to court I at least know whose coming to my house to collect on it. These are stupid. I've been getting these types of phone calls for the last 2 years and no one shows up. Seriously DO IT, please so I can document and take a picture and prove to the courts the harassment I've been receiving. I got a call a few months ago from another guy who said he was at my house and no one answered the door the day prior and I had two trucks in the driveway. I don't know what house he went to but if he had to put a refusal down if I wasn't available, then why bother to call me the next day again. Just because I live in Texas doesn't mean I own trucks. This tactic should be illegal and they should not be allowed to call from a blocked number or private number.

I DONT HAVE ONE.... lmao i use cash oh this is funny.  They gave me the same 844-373-7848 number but now iam suppose to call Mr Miller..... oh well oh yeah they have a NEW number they call from (761) 376-0569 so get yourself Mr Number and just block them

Is definately a scam....I have no debt, never had a credit card in my life and we pay cash for all of our purchases including our house and cars.  I have filed a complaint with the FTC and my local police department.

Received a call this morning from this number, I know it is a scam but somehow I wish these people could be stopped. Yes I have had some financial difficulties in the past but I am trying very hard to get all of my financial situations taken care of by hard work and paying everything I owe.  These calls are just upsetting and mess up your day even though I am smart enough to recognize a scam when I hear one.  These type of people must be stopped.

I recieve a call from a Samatha Kelly saying she was a xourier and That i need to be available to sign for some documents and left this number  and a file number associated on package 832-251-7235 I call the number and some guy wanted Med to verify  my son laough out loud dude do  you  think I'm crazy... i told him i filed bankruptcy tell his client that and they call again my attorney will contact them and i hung up they called my daughter and aunt a bunch of scanners  that needs a life
