Been calling my  cell and even bother my sister's cell number can't wait to catch up with the company

Not sure who this is but they have called me, my brother-in-law and my brother within a half hour or so. They leave my name, last 4 of my ssn, my birthday and my drivers license #!!! This is ridiculous!!

Claim they are Medline Mediation’s and are attorneys trying to collect a debt. Debt collector.

Calling my job...my daughter...and calling from different numbers with the same message

This number and another one have been calling saying they are attempting to collect a settlement amount of $895. For an unpaid payday loan 3 years ago. They have all my info plus have called my dad. They gave me 24 hrs to come up with $50 to put as down payment for payment plans. Since I didn’t come up with the $50 they are threatening to serve me with a court summons and once it goes to court I will owe $2000. Idk if it’s a scam or not. Guess I will find out if I’m served court papers.  The other number that calls is a local 817 #. Saying they are the company serving me. So, might be legit. We shall see...

Received a call from a ms compliance officer that will not answer the phone when you call her back. Her name is Elizabeth morgan. Stated I would be arrested and I have the voicemails. I called the 1-844-384-3588 number. VERY RUDE AND WILL NOT EVEN LISTEN TO A WORD YOU HAVE TO SAY.

Received a phone call from 832-210-3308 but asked me to call back on 844-384-3588. He said his name is Ryan McKinley compliance officer.  Proceeded to give me the case number.  Then mentioned that there is a pending case being filed. I need to call in order to prevent this from becoming public record. He also said that he will now be contacting my employer since I did not answer. If I do not call then it will be out of their hands.  So what do you make of this???

"Ryan" is a SCAMMER! A legitimate debt collector would have no reason to contact your employer. He's already spoken to you! His threat is nothing but an intimidation tactic. There is no "pending case", if there was one you'd not be given a warning of it. An actual case would be public record, they all are! His "case number" is pure BS! If it applies to anything, it would only apply to the number in your part of the cheap "portfolio" that his crew of bottom-feeders have gotten their greasy hands on.
 You can ignore "Ryan". The fool is now required to MAIL you a letter stating his claims. As per the FDCPA. The FRAUD will NOT do so. Putting something in the mail might constitute mail fraud & cowardly, bogus debt swindlers don't dare play with serious federal crimes.

Received a call from Elizabeth Morgan Compliance Officer from a blocked number (same name as referenced above in Jennifer's comment, which is why I'm also logging this here in case anyone searches that name). She said there was a case being filed against some dude named Andrew who I don't know. She said once the case (and provided a case number) was filed, it would become a matter of public record. She said there was an order of location scheduled for Andrew. She continued saying that they were reaching out to me because I was attached to this case.Then something about how Andrew has rights to contact the attorney's office, but once the case is to the courts its out of the attorney's hands. She said that was unfortunate because she didn't know if Andrew was even aware of the case against him. Then said if I spoke to him to tell him it would be in his best interest to contact the attorneys. She provided the number 844-358-5311 as a callback number.

I attempted to call back to let them know I didn't know the guy and to not contact me again. However I keep getting an "all circuits are busy" message. Hope this helps someone! Will update if I get through.

I have been getting similar calls.

Same as Webbigail Vanderquacks experience.  Exactly the same, except they were looking for a previous employee if mine.

Call was from a local #  but the caller stated her name is Elizabeth Morgan and that she's an ms compliance officer looking for my 76 yr old mother who has been in a nursing home for almost a year. She doesn't have any signs of fraud on her credit and all of her accounts have been closed. No answer when I tried to call back. I do believe this I a scam of some kind. I'd like to know how in the heck they have my phone # since the only thing I can think of is me being HR legal POA. Guess we'll see how far they push it.
