No idea how they got my number but the name on the vm they left forme isn't even me.

Same issue as the above person on 7/27. I received a voicemail looking for someone by a different name.

Saying I owed a debt - referred to Brightstarr Solutions (same number) which is a collections agency. Claim was supposedly for USA Web Loans, which I had never even heard of.  The person says they are from Location Services and acts as if it is a law enforcement issue.

I had the exact same call this morning telling me that if I failed to comply they’d send the authorities to my place of work, and where I reside.
And when I looked up the name of this “location services” it doesn’t even come up on google as a legitimate company. Also said I had two formal complaints against me….

Same thing with me, he called and left voice mail on my moms phone and said I had 2 formal complaints against me and gave a case number and said they were sending someone to my home and place of employment!!! I dont owe anyone anything so I say total SCAM!!!!!

Just received a call from Justin Shaw saying all the same things, 2 cases, coming to serve me, etc. Has anyone actually called him back to see what he wants?

Call incessantly dozens of times a time with in a minute or two of each other.  I don’t have an answering machine (for this reason) they chew up the whole time!   I just looked “them” up on the BBB and they have a rating if F and are NOT an accredited business.  They are harassing people nationwide and threatening with legal actions they can not possible follow through with.  Like getting your license suspended; that is ONLY done on a state level and nothing to do with debt unless you owe the state DMV.   Ironically this ‘business’ is not able to be located on any level by the BBB.   So, please, whatever you do - do NOT even answer your phone and if they leave you a message do not call them back bc that starts the clock rolling for them and now they have you hooked and before you know it more anxiety than you know how to deal with.   These people are nothing more than scam artists.  PLEASE be careful!   If they are harassing you, file a complaint with the BBB/FTC & your states attorney generals office so that all three formats are aware of what’s going on.      Legitimate business have a traceable phone number as it needs to be registered as such.  When you Google search and nothing comes up ref flag 🚩

Sort of conflicting info there isn't it?  First you claim that you looked "them" up and then you claim that you can't find "them" listed on the BBB website.  So which is it?
