I have received calls from this number several times in the last few days.  A call back to this number gets an automated answer that identifies itself as Canada Colleges 411.

Wants you to support colleges.  My husband answered the phone and she asked for me and told him she new me.  He said I was busy but she persisted.  I took the call and got a speal about colleges.They needed money to support the colleges.  I asked her to not call again and that I would complain to the CRTC

I got a call from this number and ignored it. Then later called it from a different phone to see who answers. They answered as Canada colleges 411. I hung up and googled them the phone number on the Canada colleges 411 site does not match the one they called from. I am guessing it is a scam trying to get people to "donate" money.
