A compliance officer called by the name of  Rochelle Carter and said there's legal action against me and to call that #

I had a phone call from a gentleman stating he is a compliance officer.  And he will contact my employer.

calling constantly and leaving threatening messages about legal action, coming to my home, and filing a police report and serving it with my supervisor

Did you actually speak with them or was it a voicemail recording

Same thing happened with me. I believe they must have hacked our information some how and call family members to. Has anyone actually spoke with the people to see what they want? I believe it's just money only heard the voicemail

I've called back and spoke with several people but can't get any info. I've spoke to a "Jonathan" twice and a supposed supervisor "Ryan". Only info I could get out of them is that the company is called Westwood. But I can't find anything on it with that #.

Called repeatedly saying I owed money on an old loan, had a lot of my info, and said I would be served papers. I called sheriffs department and they said it was a scam. No one calls you ahead of time to say you are being served. All bogus.

Just received a call from a someone without caller ID. A man named "Jack Myles", a supposed "compliance officer", stating my first, middle, and last name and saying he was calling about "case MD 130579 regarding Miss Mikayla Jenkins, aged 21" called and left a voicemail.
He stated that my name was associated with the account and told me to contact Mikayla. I don't know a Mikalya Jenkins or how they got my full name or phone number. I do know that (if this was a real case) it would illegal to share such information via voicemail.
Definitely a scam.

I am getting the same call from Jonathan Davis. I have not answered yet but will the next time to inform them to not call again. He says he has a case against my father and needs him to be home between 3 and 6 today and if he does not contact them it will become public record and be my name would be affiliated to it. Sounds like complete BS. Number says unknown

Saying someone has filed a case against me and that if they don't hear from me by today, they're gonna have someone out to my home and place of employment for whatever reason and that if they hear from the person filing the claim then it won't become public records but If they don't hear from them then it will. They wanted me to call this number back 844-385-6773 for more info. They called me from 7754640397 and left several messages

This happened to me, they left me voice Mail after voice Mail, thrusting to come to my home and job. They called my family members . I called and spoke with an actual person and they explained what was being held against me. And that I had to play blah blah blah . When I called back to pay the balance on the payment plan they don’t answer

Don't pay them anything! You should never simply pay someone who calls claiming you owe money. Always demand they follow the law by mailing you proof of the debt along with proof they're legally entitled to collect said debt. A legitimate debt collector will do so. A scammer will come up with all sorts of excuses not to.
Phone calls, faxes, texts, and emails are not legal methods of debt validation.
