This # was left in a voice mail asking for a return call. Allegedly my number was given as a point of contact to reach someone I don’t know, who just happens to have the same last name as me. The caller never identified themselves or who they worked for. The call came from a local number 717.461.2679.

Anonymous text saying overdue payment but no info. I have no overdue payment so assuming scam

A Mr.Daniels xalled and said I was named in fradulent activity...tgen xalled my daughter and left the same message. Impossible and a scam for sure.

I received a call from Mark Daniel from a local number, saying my number was given as a way to contact someone who doesn’t exist my son got the call before me Mark Daniels naming me as a person of interest
I have to imagine it is a scam and I’m not calling back to have them try and hack my phone.

Called my husband and said to get in contact with me person of interest in law suit

Received a text saying : your account is past due, failure to make payment can result in further penalty. Call 844-385-6929 to bring account current. NO REPLACE

I got a call that my mother was named as a person of interest and federal law prohibited them from giving any additional information. I was told to call this 844 number but the call came from a local phone number.

Got a call that my name and ssn and bank acct was linked to some fraud and they are serving me papers to prosecute me…never heard of such a thing won’t be calling them seems like a pattern

These fraudsters have called multiple times with different phone numbers to call back on and incorrect information.

I just received the exact same voicemail word for word.

I just received this exact voicemail, word for word. "Mark Daniels" and "Brandon Shaw" have been calling me for the last 2 weeks from different spoofed numbers and the same 2-3 messages. I am either supposed to return their calls at this number or 833-505-1608. So incredibly annoying.

Got a call from this 844 number. Mark Daniels left a message stating that someone with my familial last name was a person of interest in a lawsuit. I blocked the number and did not pursue.

I have been overwhelmed with this person calling and texting me. He went so far as calling my daughter. He leaves this message every time he calls.

“Message this is Mr. Daniels with _⁠_⁠_⁠_ our company has received time sensitive information connected to your Social Security number and financial institution it is imperative that we hear from you immediately to notify you of the allegations being made against you and assist you in resolving this matter until we hear from you our hands are tied so it is important that you give us a phone call in order for us to work together to resolve this or the paperwork will be forwarded out to your county for further processing to speak with your rep please press one now or call us at 844-385-6929 again that phone number is 844-385-6929 thank you and best of luck…”

I have had the same experiences as listed above.  I have received this call and voicemail at least 10 times in the past 2 weeks.

He called me today and left the same exact voicemail.  They call everyday with different people calling with different voicemails.  I have had the same bank for 21 years.  If there was fraudulent activity with my account, my bank would let me know!

Yeah this full Mark Daniels just called me and left the same message Diana you just received this dude needs to go to jail he is harassing everyone he is wanting money or something he's not getting nothing out of me or my mother he's called my phone and my mother's phone can anybody do anything about this we have reported this full to the sheriff's department and we've complained about his arrogancy
