Phone calls from someone claiming to be associated with Windows wanting remote access. Never, never allow anyone access. I learned the hard way. Please be aware and take care.

yes this is a scammer who states he is from tech support and  you computer is sending out problems and calller wants access to you computer to fix it,,then he will demand money or threaten to sabotage your computer.

He claimed he was from Microsoft and we had talked “a long time ago” and he helped fix my computer. He said they keep getting errors streaming from my computer. Super persistent and wants you to get to the computer so he can show you how to fix it.

Fake. He said he is from Microsoft expert and wants to help me delete something on my computer. I feel annoyance since his indian accent I could not understand what he said. He asked me contact him over this number 844-405-5444. But incoming call had no number ( unknown). Please be careful. The last time I got experience one called me and asked me do something and remote access to fix my computer and check the data on my computer later she charge me $200.

Stated he was from Microsoft... my computer was sending error messages... wanted remote access... B.S.... scam.. name used was "Rob"....
