- Mona GarrisonClaims they are a state processing and summons office, but won't say what state, county or country. Looking for my son, they also called my daughter and my mother.

- AnonymousYeah, they had me going for a second as they were able to tell me where the debt originated from and my address. They even had the phone number to my job. They even acted as if they were able to negotiate for me to make smaller payments until my debt was paid off. What alerted me to them being a scam was that they asked me how the debt occurred. If they were a legitimate debt collection agency it wouldn't matter how the debt originated as they would only be collecting it for the creditor. Secondly, they asked me for my account information and rather I was paid from my job via direct deposit or paper check. I've never had any agency ask me this. Each time I called I got a different person and kept being threatened about being served or having charges brought against me of committing fraud. If someone is assigned to your case then you would always be directed back to them. When I asked the lady (Angela Grant) how can I ascertain this is a legitimate agency she got upset and said, "if I needed to take money out of your account I could and wouldn't need to call you." Obvious behavior from a scammer as they couldn't provide an address, company name, or legitimate phone number. I would suggest calling your county court and asking rather there is an order out there on you, being the agency claims they will have law enforcement "serve you." In order for them to do this though they have to get the courts involved. If the courts say they have nothing on you in the system its a scam. Second, I would contact or access the website for the attorney general of the state you live in and file a complaint with as much identifying information as possible on these people. Apparently they have access to peoples information via third party agencies and have set up an operation to contact innocent souls under false pretenses. The ultimate way to avoid these scams is to stop applying for or defaulting on loans or payday advances. If you don't pay these companies back they "sell" your information to collection agencies which may have all sorts of criminals working with them. Lastly, don't get frightened by their threats and tell them that if It is legitimate then just let them have the police serve you. You cant go to jail for being broke...

- TI’ve been dealing with these scammers for years. My debt has been paid fwi however I found out through a attorney that these slimy debt collectors buy old pay day loans for penny’s and that’s how they get your information. I’ve been told numerous times that I’m going to be served and they need my account information. They have called and harassed my in laws and my husband while he is as work. This really should be illegal. It’s one thing if you have unpaid debt but another when you don’t and they still won’t stop and there is nothing the law can do permanently because half of these scammers work out of there homes with spoof numbers. Don’t sweat these guys there like a [***] roach unfortunately. Once you think you got rid of them a new breed comes to the surface.

- TomBThey keep calling me threatening my brother, who I have not spoken to in years. Very sketchy company. If they acquire a debt on someone, they seem to contact family members of that person and threaten them... I'm pretty sure that's not legal... I've also filed a complaint with the DA in my state.
