They leave some stupid recording saying someone listed me as an emergency contact and I must call them to answer questions. They don't give a company name or anything.  I'm sure if anyone calls them they would want your social to verify your identity....  If it was legit it would be a human and not a recording. And I have worked for an attorney and know that just leaving a phone message on a number that you just got a voicemail is not legit and if they really needed my info they would go about it legally.... spam, fraud, and not getting a reply from me.

This is Fraud and don't let them bully you. It goes from trying to collect a debt that was dismissed thru bankruptcy to saying now check fraud.
It's B.S. and if it was true your local Court would've sent you a notice. They say Keystone Mediation. Where is that on Google oh wait its False.

Same thing as the others. It's harassment I don't have check fraud. I own a business and have all my finances in order. I am growing tired of this. It's a big scam. Do not give them any info.

these people are continually harassing my daughter's in-laws and I don't know how they got their number. When I called them they claim I have an outstanding loan, which I do not. I tried to offer them a payment by mail but they will not give an address. They said the only way to pay is with a debit/credit card.  This is a scam because I owe nothing and I wish I could stop their constant  harassment.

These people need to stop harassing other people associated with me by threatening them and this has become a recurring problem for years with names and phone numbers changing.  How can I stop this constant harassment?

Got same message as Linda (May 25) above.  No identification on who was calling, and also had my maiden name -- and I've been married 35 years!  Knew it was a scam.  Not calling back, of course.

I received a phone call recently from 844 434 0109. Per the caller;  I'd written a bad check and asked if I knew passing bad checks was against the law.  I asked for the original creditor, amount, date of check and payee, etc.  The caller became very irate and began yelling at me.  He would NOT provide any information about my "so called bad check" as I requested.  The caller said "You should know you wrote the check".

I recently purchased a home so there's NO WAY I have any unpaid debts or negative marks on my credit report.
I bid the caller good day and hung up.

Tried to tell me that I had a bad check. Called them back and then they told me I had a bad payday loan. Rattled off my SSN. Which is illegal.
Loan was from 2011 and was going to take me to court. Yeah right!

Got a call from this number, when I answered it was a recording saying they were  an attorney's office and I was listed as a party in a lawsuit. The peculiar words they used were that "I had been served". Being a law-abiding citizen, I could not imagine what I would be a party to, so I did call the number back. I was answered by a recording and then directed to the "first available" operator, which was immediate. They said they wanted me to testify as a character witness for a man that I had not talked to or seen for over 25 years. I was suspicious then, and they said I had been listed by this person as a contact. I knew that could not be true, and told them so. They then hung up.... don't be fooled by these people, don't even call them back. If the court system is looking for you, they will contact you by letter or a personal visit.

They called my brother threatening me

Called an elderly friend told her that her name and number came up in a check fraud case and they are looking for me,  as a victim of I'd theft I knew it was a scam so I called several times from a prepaid cell, they do not answer I left several messages threatening a law suit against them with my so called case number,  keeps calling my friend but refuses to call me

Received this message.  I had to laugh since I don't write checks.  I have paid anything owed with my Debit Card or Cash for the last 25 years.

Repeated recorded message asking for an unknown person to call the number in response to a bill.  When calling to say they have the wrong number, someone hung up on me-- twice!

Calling regarding checks. Assume it is loan information I provided over the Internet years ago. I've been harassed ever since at my job. Don't ever take loans out over the Internet. I'm really tired of these people. Make them stop!

Scam Artists,

I  received a call stating that I am an Emergency contact for someone and that need to call them back immediately, and that I have been  officially been notified and and a response has been Warranted,
Come on,this is nothing more than Scam Artist's at work.  The only leave a phone number, no company name. Blah, Blah, Blah.
I simply added them to my Auto Reject list, since they are calling  on my cell phone.

Got a call this morning from844-434-1411 saying I was going to be served a summon and to have two forms of ID ready and if served at work my supervisor has to be present. And asked me to call back 844-307-6769. I did call back just curious , Victor answered the phone and said they were looking for another person and will take my number off the list as soon as he knew who I worked for.
We really need to put a stop to this.
