they called my home number claiming to be serving me with paperwork for a lawsuit that was included in my bankruptcy.  Nice try and funny how when you call back you never get a live person!!

I received a packet with some paperwork.

Does anyone know who this is? They keep calling me as well...leaving threatening messages at my place of employment too!!

They left me message as well....Already said they would be delivering paperwork between 12-5pm last Friday and to have proper ID.  They never showed up.  I keep getting calls that it's my final notice.  They call from a restricted number, but leave this one to call back with questions.   I have yet to receive paperwork they are threatening to deliver.

Was the paperwork legit?  They keep telling me they're delivering paperwork, but haven't shown up yet.
