Caller Sarah Paul called my place of employment and left a message with one of our phone operators that she was going to send the police to my job. Can't locate this number anywhere. Has anyone else gotten calls from this number?

This is a total scam.  Ignore the calls and block them.   No way is any policeman going to go to your office on the say-so of some scammy and scummy debt collector.   IF they have a valid debt they are supposed send you a debt validation letter by US mail.  E-mail no good.   Of course they won't do this.  So.  Just ignore them and block their calls.

    Report them:

    http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0149-debt-collection

Also contact your local attorney general

If they continue to bother you, tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.

Received a call from Michael Gordon saying he was coming to my home and my place our employment on Monday. He told me he was a private document courier and this was my last chance.

Ignore.  Total scam.  Do not talk to them.  Do not give them any information.  No legitimate process server calls you in advance to let you know they are coming by.  Do not return any calls to them.

If they are bothering you, report them:

These people have called me 3-4 times in the past couple of months....same scenario as previous posts....today a jerk called "Jeremiah" left a voice mail that said he was coming to my office to give me some papers and that I had better have 2 forms of ID and a witness....said if I wasn't in my office, he would camp out on the front door of my house.  What an ass. By the way, my house is protected by Smith & Wesson.

Yes we did.  At 11:20 a.m. on November 21. Saying that Samantha Fowler will go to my husband's place of employment on November 24, 2014 with paperwork that needs to be signed for along with 2 forms of i.d. Failure to comply will result in further activity.  I tried calling the number but it does not say who the company is.  Just to leave a message.

As CWG40 previously said, it is a scam.

Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process.  They will deliver the notification without warning.

(Here is more info than you really need on process serving:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Service_of_proce ... nited_States.29 )

Also, if you were threatened with an "arrest warrant" via a phone call or email, read this:
    http://news.uscourts.gov/warning-arrest-warrant-scam

"The warrant is phony. A valid warrant would not be served by fax or e-mail. It would be served in person by a U.S. Marshal or other law enforcement officer."

"Anyone receiving a fake arrest warrant should contact the FBI or the district U.S. Marshals Office. If there is any question regarding the authenticity of a warrant, contact your district clerk of court."

Actually received a phone call from 402-253-0573 a Michael Gordon who left a message stating that my 82 year old grandmother needed to have two pieces of ID and a witness available between 12p and 3p because he was going to show up at her house for her to sign some sealed documents.  He left the 844-434-8784 number for me to call back and when I called them they said that they didn't have a Michael Gordon working for them and that he must be a currier.  I told them not to have anyone at my elderly grandmothers home demanding signing of any paperwork and that if there was a belief that she owed anyone money that they could send it via US mail.  The "attorney" in the arbitration department was not helpful at all.  Im not sure what their scam is, but this cannot be legal to try to force someone to sign paperwork under duress.  I will be calling Jon Bruning and making a complaint.
