Pre-recorded message from someone claiming to be "Mr. Pirelli". Called number back and an individual answered claiming to have no knowledge of any calls.

Same number called back 5 minutes later claiming to be Jason Smith calling about a returned item.

I have been called from this number multiple times.  I answered twice, and both times the opening line was "we are calling you about a file on our desk".

Just got a call asking me to call back and speak to Joseph Smith about a returned item.  This has got to be a scam.

A man called ,e and left a voicemail regarding a return item. I called back, a man answered ECAG and put me on hold forever. I hung up!  I think it's a scam!

Must be a scam.  Had the same experience as the folks above.

Total Scam. They violate every law regarding legal debt collection. If they cannot provide you with a validation of debt, it is a scam. These bottom feeders use sources like Intellius or other internet sources to get just enough information to make you believe they may actually have something. The truth is, they do not!  Ignore them.

Called about fraudulent abuse on Social Security Account - robotic voice, no identifying info that they knew who they were calling - SCAM!
