They don't come up with that.  Your phone carrier looks the CNAM up from a database if they aren't too lazy to do so.

The number is Andersen Windows and Doors, representing products sold at Home Depot. It's not fraud.

More precise is it is a response to an inquiry filled out at a home depot about a free inspection. It is a typical lead generation signup card you find at most Home Depot and other hardware/DIY stores.

If that were true then there was no reason for you to look up the phone number now was there?

it could also be about a warranty claim you may have filed.
