    Many calls that I ignored  - Finally answered
    CallerID showed DTVUPGRADE - Calling from 1-719-888-5495
    Identified themselves as DISH technical support with a special for us

    Asked questions - that I refused to answer

    What is the number on your receiver
    What is your PIN number

    I informed them that if we were having issue we would call OUR DISH phone number

    guy got pushy and laughed and provided me a "Special" technical phone number to call - which he stated was his number  - 844-505-4240

    I too got a call from 844-505-4240, which was obviously a guy from India from his accent.  He wanted me to go to my TV, turn it on and provide him with several pieces of information that I figured Dish already had.  So I hung up and blocked this number.  It's a scam!!!
